Pakistan Environmental Planning &Architectural Consultant (PEPAC),a self-financed private limited company working under this ministry was incorporated in 1974 to provide town planning and architectural consultancy services for projects initiated by the government and its autonomous bodies.

PEPAC invites applications from higher caliber and performance driven professionals who possess a proven track record of leadership, administration and management skills, for the post of Managing Director PEPAC. The ideal candidate should be ambitious and possess the following qualifications and experiences:

Qualifications

Experience / skills

(a)                  

Bachelor degree in architecture or civil engineering from an HEC recognized institution/ university.

Master’s degree will be preferred.

Or

(b)     

Master in urban and regional planning or civic design from anHEC recognized institution/ university.

(a)  Technical:

At least twenty (20) years of professionalexperience in increasingly responsible capacities and handling multidisciplinary designs teams associated with architecture engineering, urban and regional planning or civic design; of these at least seven years’experience should be at senior level.

proven record of providing strategic orientation with clear vision and goals for high performance outcomes.

having led and managed teams of professionals ensuring a performance culture through collaboration and participative practices.

demonstrated experience of financial and business management with proven deliverables.

(b)  Administrative:

Adequate administrative experience to head an autonomous body with a team of highly qualified architects, engineers and planners will be preferred.

 

The position is in Grade-12 of PEPAC Pay scales.

The upper age limit is 55 years with relaxation of 03 years for in service govt employees
